He has been actively investing in real estate for four years and has multiple rental properties in Philadelphia and the surrounding areas. A graduate of Millersville University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Accounting, Billy has worked as a Senior Associate for a CPA Firm and has also served as the Controller of a small publicly traded company.
	Paul Coleman Send Email Paul graduated from Temple University with a Finance/Real Estate dual major. During and after college, he worked in the residential construction industry. Prior to joining Home Cash Direct, Paul owned a home theater and automation company while being involved with rental properties and rehabs. His knowledge of residential construction practices and project management position him to quickly and accurately assess both value and repair estimates for properties. Paul's personable nature and motivation will assure that he gets the right deal done for you.
	Mary Mitchell Send Email Mary has several years experience in supporting executives in accounting, office management and project administration. She worked in the construction industry and supported executives and project managers from start to finish on major projects. Her ability to work alone or with others is an asset to Home Cash Direct. She is a graduate of PJA School for Accounting. While attending school, she opened her own Residential Cleaning Business and developed her personal relation skills with her clients. 	John Simoncini Send Email John Gregory Simoncini is a full time Real Estate Investor since 2003. John has a background in construction with 13 years experience. John has been a realtor in the State of New Jersey since 2003 with over 60 million dollars in transactions to date. John is a native of Philadelphia and knows it well. He is hands on working with investors looking for the best deals in Philadelphia Real Estate. John joined the homecash team in September 2007 and he has helped with hundreds of transactions to date. He is a graduate of Drexel University with a Bachelor Degree in Accounting. Jay owns between 40-50 rentals, and has been flipping and wholesaling properties for eight years.
