John has been a realtor in the State of New Jersey since 2003 with over 60 million dollars in transactions to date. John is a native of Philadelphia and knows it well. He is hands on working with investors looking for the best deals in Philadelphia Real Estate. John joined the homecash team in September 2007 and he has helped with hundreds of transactions to date. 	Jay Walsh Send Email Jay Walsh is a Pennsylvania Certified Public Accountant and served as Chief Financial Officer of a small public company. He is a graduate of Drexel University with a Bachelor Degree in Accounting. Jay owns 110 rentals, and has been flipping and wholesaling properties for ten years. He has bought and sold over 1,300 properties in those ten years. He is the founder of the Home Cash Direct family of companies and the Philadelphia REIA.
	Frank Sheehan Send Email Frank Sheehan graduated from Williamson Trade School and was President of his Class. While attending Williamson he mastered the Trade of Brick Masonry and Construction Technology. After graduation he worked directly in his field for a few years. At this time he discovered an interest in Real Estate and enrolled in Real Estate School. He graduated in 2004. His interest was in the financial end of real estate. Frank pursued this interest and worked for a mortgage company, where he was ranked #1 in the company in sales, and closed over $40 million in sales in less than three years. Frank joined Home Cash Direct in July 2008 to combine his knowledge and skills.
